## Description

* Lead multiple software development teams in the design, implementation, and testing of complex software architectures.
 * Oversee large-scale algorithm development, processing-intensive analytics, and real-time system solutions.
 * Guide software architecture decisions, technical trade-offs, and rigorous quality control across all development lifecycles., * Serve as the technical lead for multiple software development teams, delegating and monitoring programming responsibilities.
 * Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems based upon documented requirements.
 * Provide expertise on processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, and manipulation of large datasets.
 * Evaluate system designs for hardware and software trade-offs, software reuse, and COTS/GOTS integration.
 * Select appropriate software development methodologies and ensure continuous quality control of all software products.
 * Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements and resolve problem reports.
