## About the Role

* Typically requires 3-5 years relevant experience.

 * Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

 * Proficient in Windows operating system environment.

 * Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems may be required.

 * Strong client service skills.

 * Ability to physically perform general office requirements.

 * Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.

 * Some travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required

 * Knowledge of the French language is a plus

## Description

* This is often a college graduate who is entering the workforce in their field of study.

 * They know basic principles, methods, technologies, and practices for their professional field, but usually have limited experience in applying them outside a classroom setting.

 * They handle detailed problems which require standard solutions.

 * They receive general direction from their supervisor, are assigned deliverables and may be part of a team.

 * Performs troubleshooting parts replacement, system upgrades, advanced deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks/ printers.

 * Uses advanced tools /technical knowledge to remediate client problems and conduct scheduled installations.

 * Provides technical feedback on technical process issues to improve overall service delivery.

 * May act as team lead at times and coach team members.
