This role will play a central part in a multi-year initiative to align ServiceNow with CSDM 5, improve service visibility and data quality, and integrate with strategic platforms including Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Technology Business Management (TBM) solutions. Working closely with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Architecture, and Application teams, this individual will design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions, optimize Discovery and Service Mapping capabilities, and establish trusted technology and service relationships that support operational resilience, compliance, and business decision-making across the enterprise.
