This role owns the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for a critical platform that enables secure access to Liberty Mutual's digital capabilities. You will partner across business, security, compliance, user experience, and delivery teams to modernize authentication, authorization, onboarding, and access management capabilities while improving the overall customer experience. The Product Owner in This Role Will * Own prioritization and management of the product backlog. * Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap aligned to business and portfolio objectives. * Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve access experiences and simplify interactions with Liberty Mutual's digital capabilities. * Drive product strategy and prioritization decisions by balancing customer needs, business value, risk, and technical considerations. * Lead product discovery efforts and evaluate emerging technologies, automation opportunities, and industry trends. * Establish and monitor outcome-based measures to evaluate product performance and business value. * Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and expected outcomes to stakeholders and leadership. * Influence teams across organizational boundaries to align priorities and deliver business results. This role requires balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term platform investments and modernization efforts., As a member of the Agile team, the Product Owner represents the voice of the customer and the organization through the delivery of business value. This person works closely with stakeholders (business and technology) to define and prioritize features and stories, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals. This person understands customer problems in detail and ensures those problems are clearly defined, prioritized, and addressed by the team.
