Physical & Work Requirements: * Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 75 lbs. * Ability to work in office, clinical, and field environments. * Availability for after-hours and weekend support. ## Description The IT Field Services Technician provides advanced onsite and field-based technical support for multiple practice and headquarters locations. This role serves as an escalation point for the Service Desk, performs comprehensive onsite IT assessments, and supports server and virtual machine environments. The position requires frequent travel, after-hours support availability, and strong hands-on technical expertise across Windows, macOS, and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
