## Description

Betrieb und Administration der Citrix-Umgebung mit Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, PVS/MCS, StoreFront und WEM

 - Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Performance und Verfügbarkeit inklusive Monitoring und Troubleshooting
 - Nutzung von Citrix Director/Analytics, Event Logs, SCOM und Splunk zur Überwachung und Fehleranalyse
 - Durchführung von Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management nach ITIL
 - Steuerung externer Dienstleister inklusive Koordination, Qualitätssicherung, Change-Review und Abnahme
 - Überwachung von SLAs sowie Durchführung von Eskalationsmanagement, Dokumentation und Reporting
 - Umsetzung von Security- und Compliance-Anforderungen, einschließlich Image-Härtung und Schwachstellenmanagement
 - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Windows/AD/GPO, Endpoint-Management, Netzwerk und Storage sowie Fachbereichen, Architektur, Security und Service Desk
