Sicherstellung des Betriebs in komplexen Systemumgebungen

 - Ticketbearbeitung unter Berücksichtigung von SLA´s
 - Support und Troubleshooting
 - Störungsbeseitigung im Rahmen des 1st und 2nd Level Supports
 - Sicherstellung der Kundenkommunikation (Telefonisch, per Mail, per Ticket) sowie regelmäßiges Statusupdate / Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
 - Remote Analyse und Lösung via Incident- und Changemanagement
 - Administration und Überwachung der Systemumgebung
