## Description

Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software

 - Auf- und Abbau von von Hardware bzw. PC-Arbeitsplätzen
 - Physikalischer Anschluss der Komponenten
 - Durchführung von HW-Reparaturen gemäß Vorgaben
 - Durchführung von IMAC Services (install, move, add, change)
 - Anpassung von Netzwerkparametern nach Vorgabe
 - Annahme und Behebung von eingehenden Störungsmeldungen im 1st bzw. 2nd Level Support inklusive Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
 - Ticketbearbeitung und Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten, Stellenbezeichnung mit Arbeitsort
