## Ihre Aufgaben

Eigenständige Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung

Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstamm- und Bewegungsdaten

Bearbeitung von Ein- und Austritten sowie Vertragsänderungen

Abwicklung von Fehlzeiten, Krankmeldungen und Bescheinigungswesen

Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte sowie Behörden und Krankenkassen

Erstellung von Reports, Statistiken und Auswertungen

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Vorgaben

Tägliche Arbeit mit SAP HCM / SAP Payroll
