## About the Role

* Ausbildung: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Software Engineering oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang. Oder eine gleichwertige technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung.
 * Berufserfahrung: Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung gesammelt, idealerweise mit SAP-Technologien wie ABAP/ABAP-OO, SAP FS-ICM, SAP UI5/Fiori oder alternativ mit Java und bringst ein grundlegendes Verständnis für agile Arbeitsweisen wie Kanban oder Scrum mit.
 * Kommunikationskompetenz: Du kommunizierst klar und zielgruppengerecht auf Deutsch (C1-C2) und Englisch.
 * Team- und Kollaborationskompetenz: Du arbeitest gerne eng mit anderen zusammen, bringst dich (pro-)aktiv ein und verstehst, dass gute Software im Team entsteht.
 * Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative: Du bist neugierig auf neue Technologien (KI, Machine Learning oder Data Science im SAP-Kontext) und eignest dir Wissen aktiv an.
 * Empathie und Konfliktlösungskompetenz: Du gehst offen auf andere zu, nimmst unterschiedliche Perspektiven wahr und findest auch in herausfordernden Situationen konstruktive Wege nach vorne.
