## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft (mind. Master/Diplom) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Koordination von Entwicklung und Deployment sowie enge Abstimmung mit den verantwortlichen Projekt- und Fachbereichen
 * Planung und Steuerung von Trainings inklusive Training Paths, Sessions, Kapazitäten und Forecasts
 * Sicherstellung von Compliance und Prozesskonformität gemäß geltenden Air-Power-Regelungen und Sicherheitsanforderungen
 * Kommunikation, Reporting und Feedbackmanagement zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Deployment-Aktivitäten
 * Zusammenarbeit in internationalen, multifunktionalen Teams sowie Unterstützung bei Change-Impact-Analysen und übergreifenden COD-Aktivitäten
