* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
 * 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical role.
 * High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
 * Experience with market forecasting, predictive analysis, and trend modeling.
 * Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and reporting methodologies.
 * Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar is preferred.
 * Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools is a plus.
 * Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
 * Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Maple Grove, Minnesota. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to support business decision-making, operational performance, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and proven experience in market forecasting, trend analysis, and reporting., * Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.

 * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to support leadership decision-making.
 * Use advanced Excel functions to manipulate, summarize, and analyze data, including:
 * PivotTables and PivotCharts
 * XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS
 * Nested IF statements
 * Power Query
 * Data validation
 * Conditional formatting
 * Advanced formulas and financial/statistical functions
 * Build and refine market forecasting models to project sales, demand, revenue, and business trends.
 * Partner with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver meaningful analysis.
 * Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations based on findings.
 * Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems.
 * Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and business-friendly manner.
 * Support budgeting, planning, and strategic initiatives through data-driven forecasting and scenario analysis.
 * Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and increase efficiency through automation and best practices.
