## Description

The Data/Information Architect - Consultant is responsible for supporting data architecture, analytics, dashboard development, and CRM-related solutions. This role transforms data into actionable insights, supports reporting platforms, and maintains documentation to ensure long-term system usability and improvement. Responsibilities:

 * Perform data analysis on operational and financial datasets to support business decisions
 * Develop and support public-facing dashboards and reporting solutions
 * Work in database environments such as MS SQL Server Management and Azure Synapse
 * Provide development and support for CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot
 * Participate in SDLC activities using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, and DevOps
 * Create detailed documentation for dashboards, processes, and future system modifications
