## About the Role

* 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering, preferably in a consulting environment.
 * Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel; familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure/Fabric, Snowflake) and data governance frameworks.
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
 * Demonstrated ability to work across industries and adapt to diverse client needs.

Preferred Experience:

 * Experience supporting AI readiness initiatives or data governance programs.
 * Exposure to technical pre-sales, client delivery, or cross-sector consulting.

* Deliver client-facing projects focused on data analytics, visualization, engineering, and governance.
 * Help organizations build strong data foundations to support responsible AI adoption and long-term value creation.
 * Translate complex business challenges into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and data models.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable data solutions using modern BI and cloud tools.
 * Support technical pre-sales efforts, including discovery sessions, solution design, and proposal development.
 * Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, mentoring, and capability development within the Data & AI practice.
 * Apply data as a tool for impact-connecting analytics to broader business and social outcomes.
