## About the Role

This Senior ERP Implementation Accountant opportunity is ideal for a hands-on professional who combines strong accounting knowledge with ERP implementation experience and can independently drive projects from assessment through completion., * 4+ years of accounting, ERP implementation, accounting systems, or data migration experience.

 * Previous ComputerEase experience.
 * Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
 * Experience with system conversions, implementations, or data validation projects.
 * Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
 * Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred

 * Construction industry accounting experience.
 * Experience with job costing and WIP reporting.
 * CPA or CPA-track candidate.
 * Prior acquisition integration or ERP implementation experience.
 * Experience within high-growth or private equity-backed environments.

Technical Skills

 * ComputerEase experience strongly preferred.
 * Experience with BusinessWorks, Sage, or similar accounting systems is a plus.
 * Intermediate Excel skills for reconciliation and data validation activities.
 * Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies., The successful Senior ERP Implementation Accountant will demonstrate:

## Description

The Senior ERP Implementation Accountant will:

 * Complete a partially implemented ComputerEase conversion project.
 * Migrate historical and current-year accounting and project data from legacy systems and manual records.
 * Validate data accuracy and reconcile converted information.
 * Work closely with finance and operational stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
 * Establish accounting workflows and standard operating procedures.
 * Assist with job costing structures and construction accounting processes.
 * Support development of reporting tools and Work-in-Progress (WIP) schedules.
 * Identify process improvements and system optimization opportunities.
 * Troubleshoot implementation issues and recommend solutions.
