* 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
 * Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core, building APIs and microservices.
 * Strong understanding of SOLID principles, dependency injection/IoC, and clean, maintainable code.
 * Proficiency with automated unit and integration testing.
 * Strong SQL and Entity Framework / EF Core experience, including query optimization and performance considerations.
 * Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and asynchronous or event-driven communication.
 * Cloud development experience, preferably Microsoft Azure.
 * Experience with CI/CD and modern development practices.
 * Ability to independently deliver well-designed, testable, production-ready code and participate in code reviews.
 * Strong communication skills and experience working with remote, distributed teams.
 * Fluent English.
 * Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).
