This role partners with sales, engineering, delivery, and business teams to create scalable, outcome-driven Oracle solutions that help clients accelerate cloud transformation, modernization, AI adoption, and business value realization., Solution Architecture & Presales

 * Translate client requirements into scalable Oracle solutions aligned with business objectives.
 * Lead solution planning, estimation, staffing, pricing inputs, scope definition, and business case development.
 * Support RFIs/RFPs and executive presentations.
 * Develop solution roadmaps, implementation approaches, proofs of concept (POCs), pilots, and reusable assets.
 * Collaborate with sales, architects, engineers, and delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.

Client Advisory

 * Build trusted advisor relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
 * Facilitate discovery workshops, design-thinking sessions, and value realization discussions.
 * Advise clients on cloud transformation, modernization, integration, data, analytics, automation, Business AI, and Generative AI opportunities.
 * Identify opportunities to embed AI-driven insights and intelligent business processes within Oracle solutions.

Engineering & Innovation

 * Apply structured problem-solving, rapid prototyping, and innovation-led thinking to solve client challenges.
 * Promote reuse of accelerators, reference architectures, automation frameworks, and best practices.
 * Evaluate emerging Oracle, cloud, AI, and integration technologies and their business impact.
 * Contribute to innovation initiatives, reusable assets, and thought leadership.

Leadership

 * Support sales, client, and marketing events.
 * Mentor Solution Architects and contribute to capability development.
 * Share best practices and maintain relevant certifications.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
