This role involves collaborating with SHI stakeholders and sales teams to create service solutions, contributing to practice development, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in service delivery, provide thought leadership, analyze business processes for improvement, and stay current with technology trends to ensure high-quality service delivery and innovation.
