## Description

Annahme, Bearbeitung und Lösungen von Störungen und Anforderungen aus den Krankenhausträgergesellschaften im Rahmen des 1st und 2nd Level Support

 - Kategorisierung, Priorisierung und Weiterleitung von Anforderungen an weitere Fachbereiche wie u.a. dem zentralen Rechenzentrum sowie qualifizierte Zuarbeit und Unterstützung
 - Dokumentation aller Vorgänge im zentralen Ticketsystem
 - Mitwirkung beim Aufbau der Wissensdatenbank
 - Ständige Beteiligung zur Optimierung der Serviceprozesse
