## About the Role

Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, alternativ vergleichbare Qualifikation durch relevante Berufs- und Projekterfahrung.

 - Erfahrung als Scrum Master (m/w/d) im SAFe Umfeld.
 - Du bringst Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung, Skalierung und Orchestrierung agiler Software-Produktentwicklungsprozesse über Entwicklung, Test, Release und Betrieb hinweg mit.
 - Du lebst einen klaren Servant Leadership Ansatz, entwickelst Teams nachhaltig weiter, förderst eine konstruktive Zusammenarbeit teamübergreifend und kommunizierst sicher auf Team- und Managementebene inklusive aktivem Stakeholdermanagement.
 - Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2-C1).

Willkommen im Ressort Operations und IT, in dem die R+V alle kundennahen Operations-Einheiten und die IT bündelt. Ziel ist es, Prozesse und technische Voraussetzungen so zu verbessern, dass die R+V Kundenanliegen schneller, effizienter und digitaler bearbeiten kann. Innovative Technologien und unsere vielfältige Systemlandschaft bieten Möglichkeiten für fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung., Vermittlung, Coaching und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung agiler Methoden wie Scrum, Kanban und SAFe sowie des Lean Agile Mindsets und effizienter Teamdynamik.

 - Du planst, organisierst und moderierst Daily, Iteration Planning, Reviews und Retrospektiven und stellst Transparenz, aussagekräftiges Reporting und Controlling sicher.
 - Identifikation und Beseitigung von Impediments innerhalb und außerhalb der Teams, Förderung konstruktiver Konfliktlösung sowie Etablierung von Feedback und Reflexion.
 - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Release Train Engineers und Agile Coaches, Abstimmung von Prozessen und Qualitätsstandards und Umsetzung teamübergreifender Verbesserungen auf ART-Ebene.
