* Master-Abschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, z. B. in BWL, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Data Science oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
 * Erste relevante Praxiserfahrung rund um AI-, Daten- oder Digitalisierungsthemen - in der Beratung oder in einer entsprechenden Rolle im Unternehmen
 * Erfahrung in der Erhebung von Anforderungen, der Bewertung von Use Cases und der Erstellung von Business Cases
 * Grundlegendes Verständnis gängiger AI-Technologien wie generativer AI, Machine Learning und AI-Agenten sowie der Voraussetzungen ihres Einsatzes
 * Analytisches und ganzheitliches Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, im Kundenumfeld zwischen Fachbereich, IT und Führungsebene zu vermitteln
 * Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit AI-Plattformen im Unternehmenskontext sowie mit regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen wie dem EU AI Act
 * Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit - im Team und mit Kunden
 * Reisebereitschaft und Lust auf die Arbeit beim Kunden vor Ort
