## About the Role

Strong hands-on experience with RSA Archer Administration, Configuration, and Development.
Experience providing Level 2/Level 3 Production Support in enterprise environments.
Expertise in Archer platform migrations, upgrades, and data migration activities.
Knowledge of ServiceNow GRC integrations, data feeds, and API-based integrations.
Experience with REST APIs, web services, data transformation, and troubleshooting integrations.
Strong SQL, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
Experience in UAT, SIT, deployment, and production stabilization activities.
Preferred Qualifications
Financial services or regulated industry experience.
Experience with RSA Archer and ServiceNow GRC implementations/migrations.
Exposure to AI/AIOps, predictive monitoring, log analytics, and intelligent automation.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

## Description

Seeking an experienced RSA Archer Production Support / Migration Engineer to support, enhance, and modernize the RSA Archer GRC platform within a financial services environment. The role combines production support, Archer configuration/development, migration, integrations, and AI-driven operational improvements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Archer expertise, ServiceNow integration experience, and a strong understanding of enterprise GRC platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for RSA Archer applications and GRC solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, workflow failures, data issues, and integration problems.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
Configure and develop Archer applications, workflows, questionnaires, dashboards, reports, notifications, and access controls.
Support application enhancements, testing, deployments, upgrades, and post-production stabilization.
Participate in ServiceNow to RSA Archer migration initiatives, including data mapping, transformation, validation, testing, and cutover activities.
Support data extraction, cleansing, reconciliation, and migration validation.
Manage integrations using REST APIs, data feeds, web services, and ServiceNow interfaces.
Troubleshoot integration failures, synchronization issues, and data inconsistencies.
Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
