The position's responsibilities require excellent analyses, communication and problem solving with the goal of maximizing and improving both efficiency and guest and employee experiences, while supporting company values. Work requires initiative and time management. The IT Technician is responsible for providing IT related assistance, support, trouble shooting and maintenance for Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort's computer software, hardware, applications, servers, and other IT related equipment. The position will also provide IT-related support, training, and assistance to the Dodge Ridge Staff. This position is a key member of the Dodge Ridge Team., This job description is intended as a summary of the primary responsibilities of and the qualifications for the position.
