Able to lead technical decisions and problem-solving using expertise. * Highly developed negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills demonstrated through effective interactions with cross-functional stakeholders. ## Description This position will provide structured support to help scale the impact of the workstreams that are executing on this strategy, as the Clear Architecture Vision progresses. To empower our technology enablers, we must elevate our enterprise architecture practice to new heights, enabling us to achieve our enterprise aspirations with greater ease. The TPM will play a key role in the evolution of EA practice. * This position will involve interaction with leadership at various levels, including LM Tech ELT & SLT members, and will be accountable for leading planning and execution across multiple portfolios, domains, and consulting partners. * The candidate will oversee the successful lead and delivery of the North Star Architecture, Tech Debt and Modernization frameworks, including facilitating collaboration among senior leaders and subject matter experts across business units to ensure successful accomplishment of our strategic priorities and EA specific outcomes. * In this role, the TPM will be primarily responsible for regular executive communications with cross-functional groups of EAs, Directors of Architecture and Product Owners to define the EA practice goals, monitor progress, and manage dependencies and risks effectively.
