Focus on high efficiency, high density designs capable of sustaining the high transient power demands inherent to AI inference and training tasks. * Explore novel DC/DC power onversion methods such as resonant converters, wide-bandgap semiconductors (e.g., GaN, SiC), and HV-IBC architectures to push the envelope of AI infrastructure. * Evaluate and describe system architecture and application requirements for Telecom and Server power supplies. * Carry out research and study systems being sold on the market to understand topology, content and key technical issues. Perform teardowns. * Define quantifiable technical value propositions and collaterals on application level and evaluate new solutions such as GaN. * Be responsible for system concept verification and design-in collaterals, including concept evaluation designs and technical customer support on application level where needed. * Conduct technical trainings on system level with internal and external stakeholders. * Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team for proper system solution positioning, system block representation and creation on the Infineon website, ensuring ease of searchability and understanding of solutions for Infineon''s customers. * Provide technical inputs to customer proposals (RFIs/RFQs), contributing to digital and analog controllers and power stage product feature definition. * Occasional travel, approximately 25% of the time, for customer meetings.
