* Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, maintaining high system availability and security.
 * Configure and administer Windows and Linux operating systems across enterprise environments.
 * Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate routine tasks using Ansible and Terraform.
 * Provide dedicated Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical troubleshooting and user support., * Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, servers, storage, and network components.
 * Configure and manage UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems, including software installation and network configuration.
 * Automate system administration and deployment tasks utilizing Ansible and Terraform.
