## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
 * Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
 * Strong experience with Microsoft .NET (.NET Framework and/or .NET), C#, Angular, Blazor, Microsoft SQL Server
 * Experience building REST APIs and service-oriented applications.
 * Experience with one or more message queue technologies such as: RabbitMQ, MSMQ or IBM MQ
 * Experience using Git and GitHub for source control.
 * Experience with Azure DevOps including repositories, pipelines, work items, and release management.
 * Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
 * Experience developing secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise applications.

## Description

The FHN Financial Senior Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications using modern technologies. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who enjoys solving complex business problems, mentoring other developers, leading technology initiatives, and working directly with end users to deliver high-quality software solutions, * Design, develop, test, deploy. and maintain enterprise web applications

 * Participate in application architecture technical design, and code reviews
 * Develop modern user interfaces using Angular and Blazor
 * Build RESTful APIs and backend service using Microsoft .NET
 * Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies
 * Develop distributed applications using message queue technologies such as RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus
 * Collaborate directly with business users to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
 * Lead technical projects and provide guidance to other developers
 * Participate in Agile planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
