* Bachelor of Science in Nursing
 * Active unrestricted Florida RN license
 * Five or more years of clinical nursing experience
 * Two or more years of healthcare policy, document control, regulatory compliance, quality, accreditation, clinical operations, or nursing leadership experience
 * Direct experience developing and maintaining healthcare policies and governed clinical documentation

## Description

Lead the policy governance infrastructure behind safe, consistent, and compliant care across a growing multisite healthcare organization. Position Highlights

 * Serve as the enterprise lead for policy governance and documentation standards across clinical and operational teams
 * Build and manage the enterprise Policy Governance Framework and centralized policy library
 * Lead development and lifecycle management of policies, SOPs, standing orders, scope of practice documents, forms, consents, and clinical documentation tools
 * Administer the enterprise Document Management System, including version control, approval workflows, access, publication, and archival
 * Maintain regulatory crosswalks and translate evolving requirements into clear organizational standards
 * Develop governance dashboards, conduct documentation audits, and support regulatory and accreditation readiness
 * Partner closely with Medical Leadership, Nursing, Compliance, Legal, Quality, Operations, and executive stakeholders
 * Hybrid Florida role with statewide enterprise impact
