## About the Role

* 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Architecture, Analytics Engineering, BI, or related areas.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including:

 * Lakehouse
 * OneLake
 * Direct Lake
 * Dataflows Gen2
 * Data Pipelines
 * Strong Power BI Semantic Model experience, including:

 * DAX
 * Composite Models
 * Aggregations
 * Incremental Refresh
 * Deployment Pipelines
 * Experience with Data Governance and Security, including RLS, OLS, dataset certification, workspace governance, and sensitivity labels.
 * Experience with governance/catalog platforms such as Microsoft Purview, Alation, Collibra, or similar tools.
 * SOX compliance experience, particularly with financial data, audit controls, lineage, access reviews, and change management.
 * Experience integrating Power BI/Fabric with third-party BI platforms.
 * Experience with XMLA endpoints, live connections, security passthrough, and performance tuning.
 * Experience with AI/LLM technologies, preferably Anthropic Claude or Azure OpenAI.
 * Strong solution architecture, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
