## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
 * 3+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
 * Strong understanding of business processes and workflow design
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Visio
 * Experience with requirements gathering tools and methodologies
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities, * Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMP)
 * Experience in the government or healthcare sector

## Description

Our client seeks a Systems Analyst to support business analysis activities. The role involves working collaboratively with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring alignment with business objectives., * Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and surveys

 * Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement
 * Create detailed process maps and flowcharts
 * Develop use cases and user stories
 * Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility
