## Description

* Hardware Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Accurately diagnose hardware and software failures in desktops, laptops, and custom gaming rigs using professional tools (e.g., OCCT, CrystalDiskInfo).
 * Component-Level Repairs: Perform component replacements, custom builds, motherboard pin realignments, and AIO liquid cooling diagnostics.
 * OS Maintenance & Deployment: Execute efficient operating system installation, configuration, repair, and bootloader rebuilding across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments (Linux Mint, Lubuntu, CentOS).
 * Data Recovery: Utilize data recovery software (such as R-Studio) and command-line tools to safely recover customer files.
 * Customer Service & Workflow: Coordinate repair tickets through store management software (RepairShopr), communicate clearly with customers regarding repair statuses, and maintain an organized, efficient workbench.
