## Description

The IT Project Manager (Mid-Level) is responsible for managing and delivering technology projects from initiation through completion. This role will oversee IT and infrastructure-related projects, including network deployments, system upgrades, and client-driven initiatives.

This position requires a strong ability to execute projects independently while collaborating with senior leadership for strategic direction. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The IT Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors, while continuing to develop leadership and project management expertise., * Manage multiple IT and infrastructure projects simultaneously with minimal supervision

 * Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
 * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
 * Coordinate internal teams (engineering, operations, recruiting) and external vendors
 * Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
 * Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
 * Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership
 * Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations
 * Support process improvements and contribute to project management best practices
 * Assist in mentoring junior team members when needed
