The Principal Architect partners with business leaders, product, engineering, security, and governance teams to deliver scalable, secure, resilient, and future-ready solutions that support Mastercard''s global workforce. The successful candidate will combine deep Workday and broader HR technical expertise with enterprise architecture experience, bringing thought leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on architectural guidance across HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, and adjacent domains.
