## Description

Euclid Chemical is currently seeking an Automation and Technical Support Technician to be responsible for managing and troubleshooting PC hardware/software, supporting dispensing equipment systems, providing remote and on-site training, and handling warehouse duties. This role requires technical knowledge in Windows PCs, industrial automation, and mechanical systems, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills., * Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain PC hardware, software, and licensing.

 * Maintain system documentation, specifications, and technical drawings.
 * Provide remote technical support via phone and online tools.
 * Train field technicians and customers on system installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
 * Assist with automation, electrical, pneumatic, and control-system diagnostics.
 * Support General Assembly, Inventory and Logistic activities as needed.
 * Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams.
