## About the Role

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
 * Analytics Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Senior Data Analyst, BI, or Analytics Consulting roles.
 * Applied Data Science: 2-4 years applying statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, or regression techniques to real-world business problems.
 * SQL Mastery: Advanced SQL querying skills (window functions, CTEs, complex joins, stored procedures) across large relational data warehouses (Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle).
 * Python Proficiency: Strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib/Seaborn) for data manipulation, automation, and model prototyping.
 * BI & Visualization: Proven expertise designing intuitive dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI or Qlik Sense.
 * Impactful Communication: Demonstrated ability to articulate complex analytical insights simply and persuasively to both technical teams and senior business executives.
 * Comfort with Ambiguity: Ability to operate independently, self-prioritize across multiple simultaneous initiatives, and adapt to shifting operational priorities.

Nice-to-Have / Preferred Differentiators:

 * Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
 * Direct domain experience in Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Plasma Operations, or Life Sciences Manufacturing.
 * Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense (our current platform) alongside Power BI.
 * Exposure to cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP).
 * Familiarity with RPA / automation tools (UiPath, ServiceNow automation) or AI/agentic solutions.
 * Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, process optimization frameworks, or Minitab.
