You will own meaningful technical solutions from design through production, work independently within squad priorities, and mentor less-experienced engineers. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who balances near-term delivery with quality, security, reliability, and long-term technical health. We value the ability to solve problems, learn new technologies, and use AI development tools effectively. The Work Itself * Design, develop, test, deploy, and support production software. * Own features and technical solutions from design through implementation and support. * Write and review code using traditional, automated, and AI-assisted development approaches. * Collaborate with Product, Architecture, SRE, Cybersecurity, Risk, and partner engineering teams. * Improve software quality, reliability, maintainability, and developer productivity. * Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
