## Description

* Design, develop, and implement full-stack applications using .NET technologies
 * Contribute to system architecture and technical solution design
 * Provide hands-on development support across frontend UI and backend services
 * Collaborate with development team members to promote coding standards, best practices, and technical excellence
 * Partner closely with stakeholders, project managers, designers, and end users to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
 * Support technical direction for software projects, including architecture, framework selection, and development standards
 * Build and maintain modern web applications using Blazor, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core
 * Design and optimize SQL databases, queries, and stored procedures
 * Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement efforts
 * Ensure applications are secure, maintainable, and aligned with business goals
