Experience managing projects involving deployments across multiple locations or facilities. This position provides day-to-day project leadership across multiple concurrent workstreams, helping establish structure, governance, reporting, and execution processes within a complex enterprise environment., Manage and coordinate approximately five active workstreams supporting a large-scale technology modernization program. Partner with workstream leads to define scope, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, roadmaps, and status reporting processes. Establish consistent project governance, tracking mechanisms, and reporting standards across the program. Build and maintain visibility into milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Coordinate activities across technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and deployment partners. Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, stakeholder discussions, and decision-making sessions. Prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and program updates for leadership audiences. Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning activities, backlog management, and roadmap development. Assist technical teams in identifying priorities, dependencies, roadmap gaps, and execution risks. Drive project documentation, action item tracking, and organizational alignment across workstreams. Support change management activities associated with technology deployments and modernization initiatives.
