 * Experience with or knowledge of C/C++ software development.
 * Experience with software development tools and configuration management processes.
 * Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an engineering team.
 * Must have an active secret security clearance Note: U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance., * Prior software development or systems engineering experience supporting Surface Combat Systems or DoD Weapons Systems.
 * Experience with embedded systems and real-time operating systems.
 * Experience with Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) algorithms.
 * Knowledge or experience with hypersonic trajectories.
 * Systems engineering experience supporting the development and integration of software systems on surface ships and subsurface boats.
 * Experience with the integration, testing, and evaluation of software using hardware simulators.

## Description

* Develop software using C and C++ programming languages.
 * Use Git for software repository and configuration management.
 * Use Jira for backlog and task management.
 * Support continuous integration (CI) activities.
 * Perform software requirements analysis and software design.
 * Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and integrate software solutions.
 * Support software development activities throughout the development lifecycle.
 * Perform analysis and problem-solving in support of technical and engineering requirements.
