The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize integrations that support Tailored Brands' strategic business objectives, while continuously driving innovation and efficiency across systems. What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities *Analyze, design, and implement integration solutions for both on-premises and cloud-based systems. *Contribute to the design and development of secure, scalable integration solutions, following established architecture standards and best practices. *Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring compatibility and reliable data flow between on-premises and cloud platforms. *Develop and maintain integration pipelines, with a focus on Google Cloud Dataflow, to support business and data use cases. *Create and maintain documentation for data flows, integration points, and configurations to support ongoing operations and knowledge sharing. *Monitor integration pipelines, identify performance issues, and troubleshooting failures to ensure system reliability. *Work with project stakeholders to support delivery timelines, manage assigned tasks, and communicate progress and risks. *Investigate and resolve technical issues, applying sound problem-solving skills and escalating when appropriate. *Collaborate with team members and contribute to integration and data initiatives as an active team participant. *Partner with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.
