## About the Role

* Ensure data integrity and security through regular audits and implementation of best practices. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

 * Proven experience with database technologies, platforms, and architectural design.

 * Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) with demonstrated expertise in complex query creation and optimization.

 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2012 or higher), including query execution plans and troubleshooting.

 * Familiarity with source control and CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps.

 * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

 * Knowledge of Apache Spark, Python, Apache Hadoop, Apache Kafka, and ETL processes. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®

## Description

* Design and implement database solutions that align with business requirements and technical specifications.

 * Optimize and tune database performance to ensure efficiency and scalability.

 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data needs and develop appropriate solutions.

 * Write, test, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, including joins, aggregations, and stored procedures.

 * Monitor and maintain database systems, performing regular updates and performance checks.

 * Utilize source control and CI/CD tools, such as Azure DevOps, to manage database development and deployment.

 * Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate new tools into existing systems as needed.

 * Provide technical guidance and support to team members regarding database-related issues.
