Troubleshooting (Problem Solving), Seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users and workplace technology. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting devices and applications, managing service requests, and ensuring a positive user experience., * Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and business applications.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, account access, and connectivity issues.
 * Manage support tickets from intake through resolution, including documentation and user communication.
 * Configure, deploy, maintain, and replace end-user devices.
 * Support onboarding, workstation setups, software installations, and device provisioning.
 * Maintain asset inventory records and assist with technology lifecycle activities.
 * Support meeting room technology and collaboration tools.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
 * Participate in technology upgrades, deployments, and other IT initiatives., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
