## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\n
 * 8+ years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on MBSE and R&V.\n
 * Proficiency in MBSE tools, specifically Cameo.\n
 * Proficiency in using the System Modeling Language (SysML).\n
 * Experience with requirements management tools, specifically Jama.\n
 * Experience with test management tools, specifically TestRail.\n
 * Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles, lifecycle processes, and verification methodologies.\n
 * Familiarity with hardware and software domains to inform system-level decision-making.\n
 * Experience in test methodologies, data analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.\n
 * Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to stakeholders.\n
 * Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, if required.\n, * Reliability engineering experience, including reliability predictions, MTBF/MTBCF analysis, FMEA/FMECA, fault tree analysis, reliability block diagrams, derating analysis, and environmental stress screening.\n
 * Experience developing and allocating RAM requirements and defining the verification evidence needed to close them, including data collected through FRACAS or an equivalent failure reporting and corrective action process.\n
 * Familiarity with reliability standards and handbooks such as MIL-HDBK-217, MIL-STD-1629, MIL-STD-785, or IEC 61508.\n
 * Experience working in DoD, aerospace, or highly regulated industries.\n
 * Knowledge of SysML v2, UML, and scripting languages for automation and analysis.\n
 * Experience with simulation tools and environments for system performance evaluation.\n
 * Understanding of safety and cybersecurity considerations in system design.\n
