## About the Role

* 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
 * 3+ years of experience in technical leadership influencing architecture, engineering direction, and mentoring peers.
 * Advanced English is required.
 * Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
 * Expertise in full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript application development using React and Node.js.
 * Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks and server-side rendering solutions (e.g., Next.js).
 * Demonstrated experience developing reliable backend APIs, service-to-service integrations, and business logic.
 * Proven experience with AWS cloud-native services (such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, or CloudWatch).
 * Practical experience and functional knowledge working with CRMs (specifically Salesforce), including logic extraction, migrations, and ongoing maintenance.
 * Track record of integrating third-party marketing tools, tracking systems, or experimentation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, GA, Statsig, Optimizely).
 * Solid understanding of system performance optimization, testing strategies (Jest, Cypress, Playwright), and observability tools (New Relic, Sentry, Datadog).
 * Comfortable working across multiple disciplines (Product, Design, and Marketing) to build scalable, component-based internal design systems.
 * Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
 * Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
 * Forensic attention to detail.
 * A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
 * Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
 * Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
