## About the Role

* Experience conducting system level and/or subsystem level testing
 * Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
 * Ability and willingness to work extended hours, off-shifts, and weekends as required

Desired Skills

 * Current LM Certified Test Conductor (CTC) certification or equivalent
 * Hands-on experience with Automation Framework
 * Engineering expertise in test disciplines, particularly error prevention, safety, controls logic, data acquisition, and instrumentation
 * Experience integrating lab, ground, or flight hardware systems; or supporting flight tests for missile, spacecraft, aircraft, or launch vehicles
 * Familiarity with COTS equipment integration, mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, and Ground Support Equipment (GSE)
 * Knowledge of current Test and Measurement Equipment (T&ME) and test best practices
 * Experience testing/integrating shipboard systems
 * Ability to excel in fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with occasional travel, Analysis Skills, Automation, Best Practices, Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS), Contract Requirements, Cost Control, Discrepancy Report, Electricity, Government Off-the Shelf (GOTS), Identify Issues, Input/Output, Instrumentation, Integration Testing, Laboratory, Performance Metrics, Quality Assurance Methodology, Regression Testing, Reporting Skills, Requirements Derivation, Requirements Management, Secret Clearance, Security Clearance, Software Validation, System Integration (SI), System Test, System Validation, Systems Analysis, Team Player, Test & Measurement Equipment, Testability, Testing

## Description

Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports
and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.
