Reporting directly to the SVP, Head of Operations, this highly visible leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity program, and compliance framework for a publicly traded biotechnology company at a transformational stage of growth. Lead Technology Strategy & Operations *Serve as the head of the IT function, driving technology strategy, infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and operational excellence. *Develop and execute an IT roadmap that supports clinical development, manufacturing growth, regulatory compliance, and future commercialization. *Partner with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Build and Scale a Modern IT Environment *Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud, network, server, and end-user computing environments. *Evaluate and introduce new technologies that enhance productivity, security, and operational performance. *Establish scalable IT processes and governance that support organizational growth.
