## Description

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a Manager, Screening Solutions Specialists to lead a team supporting diagnostic screening solutions across healthcare and lab customers. In this role, you will oversee implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Abbott's screening platforms, ensuring high-quality performance, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer experience. You will analyze operational data, refine workflows, and collaborate with R&D, sales, and quality teams to drive adoption, resolve complex issues, and deliver innovative screening solutions that improve patient outcomes worldwide., * Lead and mentor a team of Screening Solutions Specialists supporting diagnostic platforms

 * Oversee implementation and optimization of screening solutions at customer sites
 * Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and data integrity standards
 * Analyze performance data to improve workflows and solution effectiveness
 * Partner with sales, R&D, and quality to drive product adoption and enhancements
 * Resolve complex customer issues and escalate technical challenges as needed
 * Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and best practices
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in screening solutions
 * Coordinate cross-functional projects and timelines
 * Report on key KPIs, customer feedback, and operational outcomes to leadership
