Education and Experience * Information Technology or Computer Sciences Associate's Degree, or equivalent experience and certifications * 4 years' experience supporting Microsoft based environments Physical Requirements * Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. ## Description The Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's software systems and technology resources. The agency's primary software that supports all departments is Microsoft, specifically Microsoft SharePoint. This position serves as the primary point of contact for software-related issues, user support, system administration, reporting, and vendor coordination.
