This temporary role will serve as an on-site resource for employee technology needs, including preparing laptops for new hire onboarding, coordinating systems access, troubleshooting hardware and office technology, and managing support requests through our outsourced IT provider. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, technically capable, and comfortable troubleshooting issues directly while also knowing when to escalate more complex matters to our external IT partner. This role requires strong attention to detail and a customer-service mindset, particularly when supporting employee onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day technology needs.
