This role will provide technical leadership to a team of software engineers while partnering closely with systems engineering, hardware, and integration & test teams to deliver high-quality software solutions supporting advanced aerospace and space technologies.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in embedded software development, real-time operating systems, software architecture, and technical leadership. This individual will play a key role in defining system architectures, driving software development efforts, and ensuring successful program execution., * Lead a team of software engineers in the development and delivery of flight software solutions.

 * Define software architectures for embedded and real-time systems.
 * Oversee software design, development, integration, testing, verification, and deployment activities.
 * Produce and maintain architecture documentation, interface control documents, traceability matrices, trade studies, and technical specifications.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams including Systems Engineering, Hardware Engineering, and Integration & Test.
